Setting up SSL/TLS encryption to Oracle database 11.2.0.4

Hello,

We had set up SSL encryption on one of our test servers, and testing connectivity to a client machine. This was working with the server on patch 11.2.0.4.180417. However since the latest PSU patch was applied  (11.2.0.4.200114) this stopped working. The listener is no longer working as expected, with the database configured to accept TCPS traffic no longer showing in the list of registered servers.

Looking online and on Oracle support, there were some changes with a MES update. We have checked were are not using MD5, and we have also tried various combinations of SSL_VERSION and SSL_CIPHER_SUITES, but to no avail.

Howdy, Stranger!
