Running parallel processes in RPAS

Good day, I Hope you can help me with some advice please.

We are currently on RPAS version 13.3.1 (looking to upgrade soon).

Aside from the usual day to day planning and workbooks, morning loads and extracts, we also run export measure / export data on the domain every hour to be sent across to our reporting system for the planners to have updated reports

The problem we have started having recently is that this is causing lock errors (read as well as write lock errors) for the users.

They are often unable to create a workbook, refresh or commit their workbook (It does as a commit now fail to the commit ASAP queue but the users still get an "error message")
