W2 Box 12 Correction

We found an error on our W2s (Box 12 DD) and found that a DBA was included in our Box 12 Special Handling that shouldn't have been.  We removed the DBA and ran 'Changes Only Processing', but it did not create any W2Cs.

What am I missing?
