What is the functionality and order of precedence on who receives PO's via email?

See below scenario. Who would receive email copies of an approved purchase order and what is the order of precedence?

Copies of screen shots are attached for your convenience.

BPA 219214101 communication method is Cs@teleflex.com

Supplier site address communication has  cs@teleflex.co

However, under sites using the address it has communication

email address as Donald.kessler@teleflex.com

Supplier communication tab- notification method is email
