Which tool to use monitoring E-Business Applications

Hello Everyone,

We're in process of working on network and hardware infrastructure design and migrating strategies of these applications in Oracle Cloud (OCI).  We're not move in OCI yet.

-E-Business, SOA, BI, Hyperion and SSO

My question is on monitoring these applications and we're currently using the Oracle Enterprise Manager OEM 13c to monitor these applications on premise.

Note: E-Business takes high precedence for monitoring

Moving forward in Oracle cloud (OCI), the Oracle Consulting is recommending us to use Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) to monitor these applications.  We installed and configured the OMC in our on-prem E-Business Test environment to monitor the E-Business applications, but we're not quite impress with the capabilities of OMC tool to monitor E-Business applications.
