BI Publisher parameters default values

Hi,

I am upgrading BI Publisher 11g to 12c.

My issue is with the filters lov (parameters list of value).

On BI Publisher 11g the default value for the parameters is set to * ('All').

ON Bi Publisher 12c, even thought the default values of the variables are set to *, when we load a report, the list of values gets the first option selected rather than all selections.

The user is required to select 'All' for each filter every time he loads a report. Is there a fix for that?

I am using Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.1.0  (build:20170913.0823)
