How to assign two different user preference on same role

Hi All,

I am having a specific requirement to set up 2 different user preferences on the same user role in OTM.

I am having the order release created in 2 different countries(India, USA) and the orders are created by the role lets say CSR.

Now when I go to manage user access and assign user preference I am able to give 1 user preference, let's say I provide the user preference related to India. Now when the user from US logs in to the system he gets all the preference related to India. So my question here is can we set two different user preferences for the same role, such that when user from US logs in he gets the preference of US while when the user from India logs in he gets the preference related to India.
