The 'Cost Management (App. ID = 707)' is not fetched from table fnd_product_installations?

Hi All,

I am really astonished that why the 'Cost Management (App. ID = 707)' is not fetched against below query?

select * from fnd_product_installations  where application_id = '707';

My concern is 'Cost Management - SLA'; but several applications are missing from the table 'fnd_product_installations'. E.g. Application ID 2, 525, 707, & 710... etc. Irrespective of its installation status, table should reflect the data of respective module.

May any expert guide and clarify the ambiguity?
