Corequisites and wait list

Hello,

The U of MN has a department that is interested in using wait list for classes with co-requisites.  Our testing shows that it's not possible, the error message of

Requisites not met for Class, not enrolled. (14640,18)

I checked HEUG web site and this same question was posted on 4/11/2014 by the U of CO and Hunter College but there were no responses.

I did not see an enhancement request on the HUEG web site either. 

I also checked the web sites for other schools using wait list and some of them list classes with co-requisites as not having the wait list option.
