GRANT_FLG invisible on Project General 01A page

Hi,

so why this field is invisible unless you open the project from an Award? This is valid as well for PC_LBL_WRK.PC_GRANTS. Is there a reason? I have business requirement to visualize if a project is a grant project when open from Project component.
