Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. error faced with LoadRunner testing Oracle EBS

Hi all,

we are migrating Oracle EBS to OCI and we needed to do some load testing in order to confirm readiness of the application before moving live.

we are trying to use the LoadRunner. We have recorded and ran a simple script with a login and logout of the application. All went well.

we have faced an error when we tried to click on a responsibility from the navigator with below message:

Error -26612: HTTP Status-Code=500 (Internal Server Error) for "https://ebsc.aub.edu.lb/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=MAINMENUREST&security_group_id=0"

please need your help if anything we need to do in order to proceed.
