Why System Creates DUMMY Revenue by PARGDR PRC: Generate Draft Revenue For Range Of projects

This question is for REL 11i REL 11.5.10.2

I would like to know under what different Scenario's system creates Dummy Revenue.

Some of the Known reason where we have seen system generating DUMMY REVENUE for projects when user run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for Range of projects

( Parameter: Release Revenue= Yes ) are as below

1. Customer Site used on the Project is on Credit Hold

2. Site or Bill to Address in Inactive

3. Agreement has got Hard Limits setup and revenue that is being generated will take project revenue beyond agreement funding allocation.

And also, some time Dummy Revenue generated is Released and Revenue Status is set to Accepted by PRC: Streamline Process with XR: Streamline Option, and some time Dummy Revenue is not Released.
