NER failed for Client build fail but for server it worked.

Hi Team,

JDE 9.2, T.L : 9.2.3.4

There is request to build package. Build log show below error. I don't see any error in server build. if I include NER n554q250 in build object then it worked fine.

want to know why it failed for client and successful on server. also If I add n554q250 in project and try to promote from DV to PY it do not get promoted. OMW log show n554q250 failed to transfer.
