User can connect to Essbase but cannot retrieve data

We are using a query that works for other users but when a new user tries to refresh, it comes back blank.  He is prompted to log in and receives no errors there but then he retrieves no data.  His shared services groups mirror a user who can retrieve data.  Any ideas what this new admin might be missing would be greatly appreciated.
