Our university has a department that is interested in using wait list for classes with co-requisites

Hello,  our university has a department that is interested in using wait list for classes with co-requisites. We are using version 9.2 with Image 15 applied, PeopleTools version 8.56.20.

Our testing shows that it's not possible, the error message of  Requisites not met for Class, not enrolled. (14640,18)     I checked HEUG web site and this same question was posted on 4/11/2014 by 2 other schools but no response.  I did not see an enhancement request on the HUEG web site either.   I also checked the web sites for other schools using wait list and some of them list classes with co-requisites as not having the wait list option.  Has anyone created a case with Oracle regarding this issue?  OR  Is there anyone who is successfully using wait list with
