What is the equivalent of Service Contract Module of R12 in Oracle Cloud?

Hi All,

I am working for a client where we have implemented Oracle Service Contract Module in R12.2.5

Now, the client is looking for a roadmap to move to Oracle Cloud.

I am not able to determine what is the equivalent of Oracle Service Contracts in Cloud, is it engagement cloud or Billing/Revenue Management.

Basically, I need to know that in Oracle Cloud, how the Contract Management is done?
