Paychecks Being Issued for $0.01

Since upgrading the PS 9.2 we have allowed employees to setup their Direct Deposit with multiple accounts being percentages.  This has allowed $0.01 checks to be produced due to rounding of the Direct Deposit program.  Is there a solution in place that allows for employees to continue to setup multiple accounts with percentages but during the direct deposit distribution process it rounds the final % up so as not to leave a $0.01 check ?
