iSupport R12.1.3: With iSupport System Administrator not able to open hope page -java.lang.NullPoint

Hi Friends,

The required all roles and access privileges are given to the user.

When try to access home/ any page with "iSupport System Administrator" getting the below error.

Error Message  

  The following error occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException  

  No further information.  

Contact your system administrator if the error persists.

Can you pls help me on this and what could be the reasons for the above error .

Appreciate your support ...ITs show stopper for me to continue the proejct setups.
