The transaction has not any charges although the sales order has a charge Why ?

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

The user has created the sales order # 10062984 .

The above SO has two lines with mount 1500.00 and the user added a charges with amount 100.00 on the first line so the total on SO became 1600.00

The transaction was imported to AR with amount 1500.00 only without charges !!! Why ?

Please check the below screenshots.
