Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. "Show Folder"-Particular user cannot see while other user can see show folder

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me on below issue.

when user tries to see show folder on Sales order line he cannot see that while another user can see the show folder .

Both the users are using same responsibility.

Please do let me know if anyone requires any additional information.
