Calculate Requested Date (DRQJ)

I know the answer to this question, but I wanted to get some input - just to be sure.

Does anyone know of a way to calculate the Requested Ship Date (DRQJ) on a sales order?  We have certain customers that require shipment within 48 hours of order receipt.  We need the requested date to be 2 days after the order date (TRDJ).  Any thoughts.

I am aware of the preferences for Pick date and ship date, but we would like to see this on the order header, not detail.
