What is the recommended way to load PO information directly into PeopleSoft?

We are currently creating a PO on the vendor's system, and we want to load that PO data into Peoplesoft in order to 3-way-match the information. We are considering using an Excel to CI to load the information, but could use some guidance as to what component/staging tables to target as POs touch multiple areas.
