Is anyone having problems with printing the Employees entire address on the 1095-C 2019 Self Mailer?

We are attempting to test the printing of 1095-C for the 2019 CY.  When we print out the test document on the self mailer if the employee has 4 lines for their address then it doesn't fit.  I've already tried the tips found for the self mailers and that is chose actual size and legal paper.

Line 1 - Name

Line 2 - Street Address

Line 3 - Apartment number (if they have one)

Line 4 - City, State, and Zip - This is the line that is printing off the page if they have a line 3.

We are using the ACA95C19_SM_1 template for printing.
