Batch Balance Adjustment (BBA) error. Why am I getting this error: ORA-20001: Incorrect format for M

I have not received this before. Every record is erroring except for the ones that are whole dollar amounts (no decimals). Was there a change in Oracle to cause this to error?

It passes the validation before I upload it. Once I upload and validate the batch I get this error.

I am able to key decimals into the balance adjustment using these elements manually. The input value is set to money.

Please help.
