CRSCTL command issue

I am trying to install 19.3 RAC on a 2 node cluster.
The installation gives me this error.

Oracle Clusterware state is not ONLINE on the indicated node.  - Action:

Verify the state of the Oracle clusterware using ''crsctl status server'' and ensure Oracle

Clusterware state is ONLINE on the indicated node.

So I issue the command:

$ crsctl status server

-bash: crsctl: command not found

I am in the $GRID_HOME/bin

Not sure how to fix this.
Please note Iamnot taking the easy way out. Just not too familiar with Linux 7.x
