W-2C not showing as FINAL in Self Service, even though Final was checked when the PDF creation was done. Noticed that Tax Form Print Parameters > Tax Form Identification of W-2c has effective date of 1/1/19, but no form IDs. With no XMLP showing, can it be confirmed that this was delivered with 20-A? Please confirm.
