BP Publishing - BP Config Refresh Settings zeroed out after publishing to PROD (BPs not in config i

in Unifier (MOSC) Question

We are currently on 19.10.0.2 

We are publishing configuration packages into our PROD environment.  As a result, we are noticing that for a few BPs not included in the config package are seeing their BP Configuration Refresh Conditions zeroed out. 

Our workaround is having to manually enter these refresh conditions after import. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  We've also logged an SR to assist.
