Is there a possibility to send an email with Charges details as quote to the customer using the Emai

Hi,

I would like know if there is any possibility to send an email to the customer with the details of the charges created in the charges tab as a quotation to the customer.

Can we leverage the Email Quote functionality to achieve this. Any ideas on this other best alternative options are much appreciated.
