Unassign network ACLs preupgrade?

Hi,

Planning an upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 19c. Preupgrade report tells my this:

Unassign network ACLs. The overlapping ACLs can be found by executing the

      query:

...

Overlapping network ACL assignments exist.

      Network Access Control Lists for a host with overlapping port range

      assignments cannot be upgraded.  Refer to the 19 Oracle Database Security

      Guide for instructions.

I have identified the problematic entries, but how do I remove one of them?

/sys/acls/prod_acl.xml mail.mycomp.com 25 25

/sys/acls/prod_acl.xml mail.mycomp.com 20 65535
