Can ODA X3-2 and X5-2 use release 19c ?

Hi MOSC,

I've been researching online and reading up on where our X3-2 and X5-2 ODAs fit in with Oracle Database releases 12,18,19.

I have some questions below.

Q1.  I'd like to know if either our X3-2 and X5-2 can use release 19c ?

( I found some conflicting information but I believe these (2) articles seem to sum up the status of ODA in light of my query 1.)

Q2.  For "Release/Stack", is that the database release or the oakcli/odacli software release numbers ? Both ?
