Can the folder tabs on Manage Jobs Openings be hidden?

We are currently being requested to hide two folder tabs on the Manage Job Openings from Hiring Managers.  The two folder tabs are Activity and Attachments and Details.  These two folders are currently not to be used by this group.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
