View Load by department in ASCP workbench

Hello .We are on 12.2.6 and want to view hours available , hours required and hence load ratio by department .Is there a way to do that.In ASCP you can view the horizontal plan that shows you this information but that is one resource at a time.

There is also a tab called Requirements when you do a find query by department and you can multiselect more than one resource and view the required hours for all of them but you cannot multi select and check availability (it becomes greyed out if you select more than one resource)

How can one view this above information for more than one resource like all resources under a departmen?
