Employee signing limits - are there reasons not to delete lines?

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Regarding form APXWSLMT in AP for employee signing limits for expense reports - is there a reason why we should not delete a row if the person no longer has employees assigned to that location? Will deleting rows negatively impact transactions that have already been posted to the projects module and get transferred around for example?  I assume it wouldn't but with Oracle being paranoid is frequently a good thing.
