Watchlist for databrowser F4102 query issue.

We have created a watchlist for databrowser F4102 query in the past and have no issue. We have created some new ones and and we try to run them the never complete just say "Update in Process". Not all do this but some. If you run the query for which the watchlist was created it completes ok. Does not matter if the Query/Watchlist is shared or Personal.

Just need help figuring this out. We have ensured that the "Enable AIS Watchlist Execution" has been unchecked in the Service Manager JAS -> Web Runtime -> Form Service but don't think this is the issue.
