How to create new report template

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Oracle Community, I would like to know how to create an Excel Template in a particular report. We have this Supplier payment history Report, however it is in default result that comes in xml i think so. I would like to know if is there any way I can create a new output file for this such as excel. Thank you!
