Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create tax line in Oracle AR

I am trying to attach the tax to Memo Line for an Invoice . Every field for tax populates except the tax rate name

I followed the available notes for this issue and every thing is as per that only
