Onboarding template assignment

I am setting up onboarding to do a pilot project for one group of employees.  I have configured install onboarding page to use template assignment that I have configured.  My template assignment based on the crtieria below and has one row to control who gets assigned onboarding:

  • empl_class = stu
  • action = HIR
  • reason = HIR

When I hire employee with the above criteria, onboarding is not being assigned.

I get message below when log in as new employee.

Message = There is some problem with the OnBoarding Template Assignment setup.  Please contact the Administrator to make sure that the OnBoarding Template Assignment setup is correct.
