Apply permission list based on Messaging Indicator

Hi,

I have created a permission list that is used to mask vendor email addresses in the address book. The permission list is used to show email address as ********* for employees in a particular role. What we would like to do is have this permission list applied to email addresses in "Address Book Record Inquiry - P01111" that are associated with a particular messaging indicator.  For example, if the messaging indicator is = 1, then the email address is masked as ****************. Otherwise, it is visible to the user.
