AAI Item PC Not Working

Hi,

Needed to create a new company in 9.1 and copied a similar existing company.  Referenced existing company's BUs, COAs and AAIs.  Entered voucher and tried to post but Trade Accounts Payable account does not populate leaving me with Out of Balance batch.  I checked to make sure the account exists for the new company.  What am I overlooking?
