Applied FMW patches from ETCC Feb-06-2020 and certificate issues again

EBS 12.2.5

Solaris SPARC 64-bit

After applying the patches recommended in the 2/6/2020 ETCC, I encountered the same issue as we did in July 2019. The certificates from Oracle that I updated to a different signature were overwritten. Fortunately I had the ones from July so I just copied them to the locations specified by MOS not:
