Can WebADI create template for multiple budget years?

Hi,

User's want to change current process and upload budgets from multiple years.

In TEST instance, they created a new Budget with First Period 01-19, Last period 13-21 but when Create Document, it shows only periods from 01-21 TO 13-21

First question is, Can Web ADI create documents for multiple years? How can we get document with all periods starting on 01-19?
