pa_fp_planning_transaction_pub.add_planning_transactions Returns ORA-01422 When tried to add resourc

We have upgraded to 12.2.8 from 12.1.2 -> of the EBS Version post upgrade most of the scenarios have worked out successfully except the Project Add Resources

After upgrading to 12.2.8 we have observed that the process is getting stuck in  pa_fp_planning_transaction_pub.add_planning_transactions and finally it return -: Returns ORA-01422

Click on the financial Tab :

Maintain Version :

Click on the Edit Icon

Add Task and Resources

Select The Task

Select Project of Task (Add Resources)

Add the Planning Resources

Select GO Resources will appears

Select few Item and choose select

The Selected Items gets Added …

Now choose Apply
