Oracle 12c CDB

Dear all,

We are going to migrate our production NON-CDBs to CDB environment.

We run 4 separate non-cdb instances on exadata machine.

Actually, my question is:

What cloud be the most right scenario regarding to keep databases performance?

1. Make one CDB and 4 pdbs for each instance.

2. Make 4 separate CDB and 1 pdb for each instance.
