Is there a way to force an application to close?

i have an application I built in FDA that has several forms. I force the navigation as people click close/cancel or OK on a form.

When they get back to the original "Work With" form and click the close button it does not close the application but starts going back to all the preovious pages. Is there a way to force the application to close?
