ADZDDBCC.sql during R12.2 upgrades

We dont want our custom objects to be patched using online patching and we would like to managed them manually.In this case,can we ignore the output of script ADZDDBCC.sql?

We are in process of upgrading from R12.2.3 to R12.2.8
