Ledger Data Security

Hi,

I have a user who is reporting data not exporting from one responsibility but is from another. One responsibility data set seems to exclude a ledger name full data set. Two different users are running from different responsibility. Please can someone help me check the security? Could this just be a user using the wrong folder options or how can I check this?
