how to run emctl commands with account other than sysman?

Hi All

I am working at a government department, where we are looking to minimize the use of shared accounts, including the use of the sysman credentials.

Is anyone aware of if there is a way to issue emctl commands using accounts other than sysman.

For example - the following will prompt you for the sysman pw - and there does not appear to be a workaround to select a different user.

emctl status oms -details

In our deployment we have integrated with Active Directory.  Users will login with username@domain.com into OEM web console.

Ideally we would like users to pass their AD credentials, which would be tied a user that has been granted super user.
