Jan 2020 CPU Patching

Hello,  I am currently carrying out the analysis to see what I need to apply from the Jan 2020 CPU/PSU.   My platform and software versions are AIX 7.1; eBS R12.1.3; Oracle DB 12.1.0.2; JRE 1.6 - update 45.

The last CPU patch that was applied is the one from Jan 2018.

In the CPU document (Doc ID 2613782.1),  I see the following in table 3 and I am not quite sure how I should be handling it:
