How to trigger the Tax Engine in AR Transactions screen

After changing the Revenue distribution accounting on an AR transaction line, I need to invoke the Tax Engine as the rules for determining the Regime to Rate flow employ elements of the accounting segments to determine the appropriate tax treatment.

Is there a way to trigger the Tax Engine in the AR Transactions screen after making such a change to distribution accounting?

Note, the AR: Recalculate Tax on Update of Tax Information is set to Yes.
