What is the preferred way to create an OVM software related SR?

When I raise an OVM related SR, in the initial web page I select the "Hardware tab" and then provide the relevant OVS node's hw serial number, and proceed from there. In many cases the relevant Oracle support engineer would then deem the problem to be a OVM software problem (not hardware), and then hand over the SR to the OVM team. This path works for me.
My questions: Is there a way to create an SR for OVM software directly? I ask this, because when I select the "Software" tab - as apposed to the "Hardware" tab - I am not bale to find anything relating to OVM software in the relevant drop down list. (or maybe I am blind?).
